Our website can only be useful only if it’s up and running. So, I decide to track the uptime of this two web hosting company, with the help of a popular uptime tracking tool called Host-tracker. Below was the result I acquired between a site hosted on HostGator and Bluehost for last several month.

HostGator had just 1 outage of 1 minute in the last 7 days, whereas BlueHost had 11 outages of total 51 minutes.

#Winner: HostGator

P.S : If your website uses WordPress CMS i’d though suggest you go with Bluehost as WordPress itself brands bluehost as best web host for WordPress website due to reasons best known to them.
